Each 60-minute session follows a structured 8–12 week strength program, broken into 3–4 week training phases that progressively build your capacity and confidence in the gym.

    Using an evidence-based approach to resistance training, BUILD follows a three-day full-body split to ensure balanced development across all major muscle groups — helping you gain strength, improve body composition, and build a strong, capable physique.

  • Our SHRED classes deliver a high-intensity, full-body burn designed to get your heart rate soaring and leave you feeling energised. Every 60-minute session is unique — no two workouts are the same — keeping your body challenged and your mind engaged.

    Combining functional movements, cardio intervals, and strength-based conditioning, SHRED is built to improve cardiovascular fitness, boost endurance, and enhance overall athletic performance.   • Our HYBRID sessions bring together the best of both worlds — strength training and high-intensity conditioning — for the ultimate total-body workout. In this 60-minute class, the first half focuses on developing muscular strength and refining key lifts, while the second half turns up the heat with a spicy HIIT session to raise your heart rate and build endurance.

    HYBRID follows an evidence-based approach to training, combining structured strength work with varied conditioning to improve both power and fitness. Expect balance, challenge, and a serious endorphin rush — the perfect way to kick off your weekend feeling strong and accomplished.

  • Our YOGA classes are designed to help you slow down, reset, and move with intention. Each session blends mindful movement, mobility work, and guided breath to enhance flexibility, balance, and overall recovery.
